In addition to your local union representatives at work there are numerous resources for young union members to get involved and learn more about the labor movement.

AFSCME Council 5 is where you will find updates on everything from negotiations, contracts, legislative info, and trainings at AFSCME.  This council represents 43,000 members from several different AFSCME unions.  You will be able to find more information on your local union here.

AFSCME International is where to go to find out news and updates on the international level for our 1.9 million member union.

Minnesota AFL-CIO is the state federation of labor representing 300,000 members from 1,000 different local unions in Minnesota.  Information on a regional labor council in your area can be found here.

AFL-CIO is the place for news and events within the AFL-CIO.  The AFL-CIO is made up of 57 national and international unions that represent 12.2 million workers.
